The Curragh has announced that Sherry FitzGerald Country Homes has agreed to extend their race sponsorship for the fifth successive year. They will support the Ladies Derby for the first time this year.

The Curragh Racecourse is thrilled to announce the opening of its brand-new sensory room, marking a milestone as the first racecourse in Ireland to offer a permanent, purpose-built space designed to support neurodivergent children and their families. The official launch of The Curragh’s Sensory Room took place during the Tattersalls Irish Guineas Weekend, one of the most prestigious fixtures in The Curragh’s racing calendar.

The Tattersalls Irish 2,000 Guineas has attracted a final field of nine runners in what promises to be a memorable renewal of Ireland’s opening Classic race of the season. Four British-trained entries have stood their ground with three owned by Juddmonte, including English 2,000 Guineas runner-up Field Of Gold for John and Thady Gosden.
