- All photographs submitted must be the original work of the entrant.

- Please refrain from adding watermarks, borders, or signatures to your images.

- AI-generated images will not be accepted.

- Minor edits, including color adjustments, cropping, sharpening, and light retouching, are permitted.

- Horses featured in the photographs must be thoroughbreds

- By entering the competition, participants grant the organisers a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, make available, and publish their photographs free of charge or restriction. This licence extends to both digital and printed formats, including television, online, news and publicity articles, promotional materials, and a public exhibition at The Curragh Racecourse. Any reproduced photograph will include a photographer credit whenever feasible.

- Participants must ensure they own all rights to the photographs entered in this competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to confirm that any photos submitted have been taken with the permission of the subjects (or their parents/guardians) and do not infringe on the rights of any other person.

- The competition organisers reserve the right to cancel or modify the competition and its terms without notice.

- The competition organisers reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice and organisers’ decisions as regards exercise of such rights shall be final.
