The Curragh and A.R.M. Holding to extend partnership
The Curragh Racecourse is delighted to announce that A.R.M. Holding, the Dubai-based multi-sector investment house, will sponsor the A.R.M. Holding Dash, taking place on Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby Day, Sunday 2nd July.
The race with total prize money of €100,000 is one of the richest sprint races in Ireland and will be broadcast live throughout the world with increased coverage this year as the race is part of the Tote World Pool, a collaboration between a select number of leading races throughout the world with the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
The race over 1200 metres has been won by some of the fastest horses in training, including Romantic Proposal, Slade Power, Speak In Colours and Gordon Lord Byron.
In addition, the A.R.M. Holding Dash will be linked with the Emirates Sprint Series to highlight further cooperation between A.R.M. Holding and The Curragh.
Chaired by His Highness Sheikh Ahmad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, A.R.M. Holding is established to contribute to the growth of the Emirates through strategic investments in multiple sectors.
In addition, Jebel Ali Racecourse and Stables, under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Ahmad, will continue their long standing sponsorship of the Anglesey Stakes which commenced in 2009. The Group 3 contest was won by Little Big Bear in 2022, who subsequently was crowned the top rated two year old in Europe.
