Juddmonte Irish Oaks Weekend at the Curragh Racecourse is fast approaching and we are looking forward to a fantastic weekend of racing. However, off the track will see arguably one of the most sought after style prizes of the year where one lucky lady will take away a €5,000 cash prize, a two night stay at Barberstown Castle with dinner and a helicopter trip to The Curragh Racecourse on the 7th of October for a VIP day at the races.
With a theme of ‘Classic Elegance with a Hint of Blue’ the famous Barberstown Castle Sapphire Style Awards takes place on Saturday 22nd July at the Curragh Racecourse as part of the Juddmonte Irish Oaks weekend. The well known luxury hotel, once owned by rock music legend Eric Clapton, have enlisted TV presenter Brian Dowling and his husband Arthur Gourounlian of ‘Dancing With The Stars’ fame as the day’s style competition judges and they will be joined by Barberstown Castle’s Amanda Torrens and Katie Robinson on the judging panel.
