The Curragh Racecourse is delighted to announce that A.R.M. Holding, Dubai-based multi-sector investment house, will be the new sponsor of the Debutante Stakes.
The Group 2 contest for two-year fillies over seven furlongs takes place on Saturday, 22nd August 2020 and will carry record prize money of €130,000 this year.
The race has been won by some of the best juvenile fillies in Europe including subsequent Group 1 winners Skitter Scatter, Magical Maybe, Rumpelstiltskin, Necklace, Edabiya, Preseli Capricciosa, Again, Lillie Langtry, Tapestry, Dance Design and Rhododendron. The Jessica Harrington-trained Alpine Star, owned by Niarchos Racing, landed the race last year and is currently one of the leading contenders for classic race success this year.
Chaired by His Highness Sheikh Ahmad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, A.R.M. Holding is established to contribute to the growth of the Emirates through strategic investments in multiple sectors.
