Top horses target Classic races for 2010

AIDAN O'BRIEN is responsible for 39 of the 102 initial entries for next year's Boylesports.com Irish 2,000 Guineas.
The first Irish Classic of 2010, due to take place on Saturday, May 22, includes notable Ballydoyle inmates Alfred Nobel, Cape Blanco, St Nicholas Abbey, Steinbeck and Viscount Nelson, while British-trained colts accountfor 23 of the entries with three from France.
Kingsfort, trained by Kevin Prendergast, and Jim Bolger's Chabal, first and second respectively in the Ladbrokes.com Vincent O'Brien National Stakes, also figure along with the Tracey Collins-trained unbeaten Middle Park-bound Arctic.
They all also feature among the 119 Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby entrieswith Ballydoyle responsible for 58 colts, 23 trained in Britain and seven from France in the 1m4f Classic pencilled in for Sunday, June 27.
The Boylesports.com 1,000 Guineas, on Sunday, May 23 next year, has attracted 94 entries including the likes of You'll Be Mine, one of 13 Ballydoyle entries, and Kevin Prendergast's Group 1 Moyglare Stud Stakes winner Termagant.
Both fillies also figure among the 95 entries for the Darley Irish Oaks which takes place on Sunday July 18.
