Private Suites

The Curragh Racecourse is proud to offer you the opportunity to lease a private suite in the new Curragh Grandstand. The private suites are located on the 3rd floor of the Grandstand and there are a number of types of private suites available as follows:

• Patron Suites 1-6 reserved by the Stewards of the Turf Club for clients who donate/contribute to the development - please contact the Curragh Racecourse for further details
• Suites 7-18 available on a ten year lease but reserved by the Stewards of the Turf Club - please contact the Curragh Racecourse for further details
• Suites 19-25 available on a one, three or five year lease

The interior of your suite will be finished to a high standard removing any need for decoration, however suite holders will have the option to personalise their suite if they wish to after 2010. All suites will include dining furniture, a bar area with counter, fridge, sink, general storage and storage for coats and hats as well as high quality crockery, cutlery and glassware. The suites will also feature the latest television technology, broadcasting both terrestrial and satellite channels. All suites are front facing with spectacular views of the track and full height sliding glass doors opening onto a private balcony for external viewing.

The new Curragh Grandstand is scheduled for completion in 2010.

Next Step

The Curragh Racecourse will initially contact current suite holders and those who have expressed an interest in supporting the redevelopment of the Curragh to discuss their requirements in more detail.

The new Grandstand will have more suites available for leasing than in the current Grandstand and we will be offering suites according to the following schedule:

• Patrons/Supporters of the Curragh Development
• Existing Suite Holders
• Private Suite Waiting List
