Go Racing in Kildare Week to launch 2014 Membership

A week of horse racing activities from the 13th to the 20th October will launch Go Racing in Kildare Membership for 2014. This initiative will feature five days of racing in the Thoroughbred County, together with a variety of other events aimed at showcasing horse racing in County Kildare, including an insight into training horses on the Curragh with a special walking tour taking place.

Go Racing In Kildare Membership is a “must buy” for any horse racing enthusiast and is
great value for the avid race goer with 50 world class race days including the Irish National Hunt Festival and Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby for less than €7 per race meeting – total saving of over €500! . The cost is €310 or €210 for seniors and under 25s.

The Curragh kicks off Go Racing in Kildare Weekend on Sunday 13th October with the 100,000 euro Tote Super Trifecta Irish Cesarewitch and Go Racing in Kildare Finale Stakes featuring on their competitive seven race programme. The final race day of the Curragh season takes place on the 15th October with free admission for all, while a Walking Tour of the famous Curragh Gallops will take place during that morning. The 2013/2014 Punchestown season starts with two great racing days on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th with a packed programme of racing featuring The Star “Best for Racing Coverage” Chase

Naas will stage one of the highlights of the year with Ladies Day on Sunday 20h, featuring the ultra competitive Birdcatcher Nursery, while all eyes will also be on the Most Stylishly Dressed Lady competition with a spectacular prize sponsored by the Osprey Hotel & Spa to be awarded by celebrity judge Síle Seoige.
